The Oh Boys are Chicago's Best Loved Vintage Rock Band.* This throwback pop rock trio formed in 2018 to recreate the magic of Buddy Holly and the Crickets in a Chicago production of "Buddy: the Buddy Holly Story" at American Blues Theater. The trio honed their sound through nearly 100 sell-out performances, winning 5 Chicago Theatre Awards including Best Musical, Best Ensemble and Best Lead Performance along the way. 8 years later, these multi-instrumentalists and songwriters have published an album's worth of original songs and rocked a bevy of live performances, notably, The Cavern Club (Liverpool, UK), Fitzgerald’s Night Club (a National Historic Landmark in Berwyn, IL), and live on WFMT Folkstage Radio with Marilyn Rea-Beyer.
